Custom-made items may have different return terms, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • The item must be in the same condition as when received
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Items that are damaged, altered, or missing original packaging may be refused for return or subject to reduced refund amounts.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

For returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

All return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production or shipment has not yet begun. For custom orders, cancellation may not be possible once work has commenced.

Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any deductions from the refund amount will be clearly communicated before processing.
